confirm reservation. Taxes and fees totaling 12% will be added to lodging
charges. CANCELLATION POLICY: NO REFUND; if 60 days or less deposit is forfeited; if more than 60 days, deposit can be applied to future reservation for up to 3 years. NO CASH REFUNDS. Pets allowed in Lakeview, Rexwood and Dollhouses 1 & 2 only.
$25 per pet, per night. Some Cottages do not have air
conditioning, though usually not a problem. Fans are provided.
Linens are supplied but there are additional fees for housekeeping. When
bringing a boat, slip and mooring reservations are required. $1.50 per
foot, per night, with a $15 per night minimum. Rates subjest to change.
SMOKING IS PROHIBITED INSIDE BUILDINGS. A $100 fine for smoking in your
room.
