Rates based on
double occupancy,
Minimum of 2 night stay on weekends. Penalty of $40 per night, per person, if
you exceed maximum room capacity.
40% deposit to confirm reservation. Taxes and assessments totaling 12%
will be added to all lodging charges.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Full refund; 60 days or more, 50% refund: 30-59 days.
NO REFUND if less than 30 days. Some Cottages do not have
air conditioning, though usually not a problem. Fans are provided.
Pets allowed in Lakeview, Rexwood Cottages and Dollhouses 1 and 2 only. $25 per night per pet.
Linens are supplied, (exchanges upon request) but there is add'l fees for housekeeping.
When bringing a boat, slip and mooring reservations are required. $1.50
per foot, per night with $15 per night minimum.
SMOKING IS PROHIBITIED INSIDE BUILDINGS. A $50 fine for smoking in your
room.
